Spray Caps & Actuators
Oscar is a horizontal spray cap fitted with Plasticum's Insertless Spray technology. It has a diameter of 52 mm and is designed without an over cap. Two different heights are offered: 37 mm and 45 mm. Especially the cost-effectiveness and spray performance make this one-piece product a popular solution. Oscar is made out of PP, has a matt finish and is applicable to tin plate and aluminium cans.
Insertless Spray Technology
Plasticum developed a proprietary spray solution with a patented technique, integrating both the actuator and insert. The spray orifice of the button is positioned just above the stem to optimise the control and performance when activating the aerosol. A special chamber and channel design stimulate the accelerations of particles in to a swirling pattern.
