The Management Board of Plasticum Group has reached agreement, with positive and mutual acceptance of all concerned, about the position of Managing Director Plasticum Tilburg. This change has been initiated on one hand by the new operational and commercial strategy within Plasticum, on the other hand by the personal preference of Willem Winters to create a gradual transition from his working life to his pension.
This means that, as per 1 January 2008, Willem Winters will step back as Managing Director of Plasticum Tilburg and that, in the coming two years, he will be employed by Plasticum in the position of Senior Consultant. In this role, Willem will be deploying his valuable experience and knowledge in Special Projects within Plasticum Group, gradually building down on a part-time basis until February 2010, when he will make use of his early retirement scheme.
As per 1 January 2008, Roel Zeevat will replace Willem as Managing Director Plasticum Tilburg on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months, whereas the emphasis will be on the improvement of Operational Efficiency and Quality, as well as on the implementation of the Business Line Strategy for Aerosol Spray Caps & Pumps Dispensers. During this period, the Management Board of Plasticum will recruit a new Managing Director.
