horizontal spray actuator with integrated mechanical break-up, for several aerosol applications. Sanmex recently adopted the Cooper 35 mm version for its deodorants and anti-perspirants in shaped aerosol cans. Cooper completes the whole product range into a modern look.

Choosing for Cooper is choosing for user-convenience and good functionality. Deodorant needs to be consistent in terms of efficacy. The last years have been notable for the numbers of variants launched in the deodorant market. Consumers ask for added benefits, like ‘no white marks’, ‘gentle on the skin’, ’24-hour effectiveness’ and so on. It is of great importance that all these variations within one product range can be sprayed consistently and satisfactorily. The clever mix of Cooper’s design and material savings result into an optimised spray performance, both for deodorants as for anti-perspirants.

The Cooper technology has been developed and patented by Plasticum Group. The one-piece Cooper has a special chamber and channel design that stimulate the acceleration of particles into a swirling pattern. The orifice is positioned almost straight above the stem to gain an optimised control and performance when activating the aerosol.

As Cooper has an in-moulded spray nozzle and break-up unit, there is no need for a costly assembly line, making the Cooper not only economical, but also suitable for customised spray cap designs at low investments.

Plasticum can extend the Cooper range with different diameters and models, using the same technology. This makes the product suitable for different product applications and market segments. The favourable cost : quality ratio guarantees a very economical choice, yet without giving in on the looks.
